Flagship property of Wynn Resorts. The resort includes 2,700 hotel rooms, 5 roof top villas, 24 fairway villas, a spa, multiple restaurants, a 72,000 square foot retail area, a189,000 square foot casino, a 2,000 seat theater, a 1,200 seat Broadway style theater, 290,000 square feet of convention/meeting space, a night club, a resort pool, a 2,000 space self-parking garage and 400,000 square feet of valet parking on two basement levels.  The project also includes the Lake of Dreams water feature and the Wynn Golf Course.  This project was completed at a total construction cost of $2.7 billion; a $300 million convention expansion also added.

Encore Las Vegas is located adjacent to Wynn Las Vegas and includes a2,000 room hotel tower, a spa, multiple restaurants, a night club, a beach club, a resort pool area and a European pool built over a basement level containing back of the house functions, a 74,000 square foot casino, 60,000square feet of convention/meeting space, 27,000 square feet of retail space, valet parking on three basement levels, a 2,500 space self-park garage and a 1,250space employee parking garage.  This project was completed at a total construction cost of $2.3 billion.

The Wynn Plaza is a 70,000 square foot luxury retail mall interconnected with Wynn and Encore on the Las Vegas Strip, with offerings including dining,clothing, shoes and home ware.  This project was completed in 2019 at a total cost of $30 million.
