Evan Ogilvie is a Civil Engineering major at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, anticipating the completion of his Bachelor of Science degree in 2025. He has gained relevant professional experience through internships at John A. Martin & Associates, a structural engineering firm, during the summers. His academic background includes significant coursework and lab experience in key areas such as Computer Aided Drafting, Mechanics of Materials, Civil Engineering Materials, Reinforced Concrete Design, Structural Engineering, and Geotechnical Engineering. In these courses, he has developed skills in producing detailed floor plans using AutoCAD, analyzing mechanical properties of materials, and applying structural engineering principles.
